    • The Fire Weather page has a link for the RMACC Fire Potential Briefing (which includes Kansas) this briefing is issued daily at 15:00Z.
    • The HWO page now has links for both the Hazardous Weather Outlook and Severe Weather Summary from each of the NWS Weather Forecast Offices serving Kansas.  Also includes a link for the CPC National Hazards Outlook.

    Thank You for all the Technology Resource Operators that were ready to assist over the weekend. Some valuable lessons once again have taken place.

    One particular lesson deals with the importance of having a self-contained power system SePS (a battery system that can easily be moved). Most of the equipment that we use now days can easily be configured for operations via DC power (even the servers). Will be working on a guide for this soon.

    So far there's been one report from one of the Radio Operators having damage to his home. All group Radio Operators in the Wichita Metro are safe.
